FAQ
Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client. We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Sampling & Customization
Q1 : Can I request free product samples before placing a bulk order?
A1 : Yes! BOBA PLANET provides free standard samples for quality evaluation. You only need to cover the international shipping fee. If you have a DHL, FedEx, or UPS account, simply provide your account number for freight collect. If not, we can check the freight cost and assist with the shipping arrangements for you.
Q2 : How long does it take to process and ship sample requests from Taiwan?
A2 : Standard samples usually take 3–5 business days via express courier (DHL / FedEx). For customized flavor, recipe, or texture requests, our R&D team will first evaluate your target specifications and local food safety regulations. Once the technical assessment is complete, your dedicated sales representative will provide an estimated lead time based on the factory schedule.
Q3 : Does BOBA PLANET offer OEM / ODM and custom recipe development?
A3 : Yes. We provide full OEM / ODM services. We can fine-tune flavor profiles, sweetness levels, chewiness/texture, color, and packaging designs according to your target market requirements or local food safety regulations.
Ordering, MOQ & Production
Q4 : What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for single items or bulk orders?
A4 : Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product type, packaging specifications, and shipping arrangements (LCL or FCL). Whether you need standard products, mixed container loading, or customized formulas and private label packaging, please contact our sales team to receive a flexible, tailored solution based on your purchasing scale.
Q5 : What is the typical lead time for mass production and shipping?
A5 : Production lead time depends on order volume, product specifications, factory schedules, and seasonal demand. Generally, standard products are queued for production immediately after deposit confirmation, while customized formulas or private label orders require additional time for packaging and raw material preparation. Your dedicated sales manager will provide a precise timeline upon order evaluation.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Q6 : What food safety certifications and export documentation can BOBA PLANET provide?
A6 : BOBA PLANET combines high-quality local supply chains in Taiwan with strict quality control standards. Based on your specific product selection and local import regulations, we can provide relevant international food safety certifications, Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch, as well as export documentation such as Certificate of Origin (CO), Health Certificate, and SDS upon request to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Shipping & One-Stop Supply Chain
Q7 : Can BOBA PLANET supply non-ingredient shop equipment or materials?
A7 : Absolutely. Beyond core ingredients (tapioca pearls, popping boba, powders, syrups), we provide a one-stop bubble tea solution. We can source custom-printed cups, sealing films, straws, cup sealing machines, fructose dispensers, and commercial shakers to help you launch your store effortlessly.

Packaging & Freight Optimization
Q10 : How are products packaged to prevent damage during long-distance shipping?
A10 : All liquid products, toppings, and tapioca pearls are packed in heavy-duty export-grade cartons with inner moisture-proof sealing or vacuum packaging. We can also provide palletization with stretch wrap and edge protectors upon request to minimize shipping risks.
Q11 : Can you help optimize container loading (FCL) to minimize freight costs?
A11 : Yes. Our logistics team provides detailed product net weight, gross weight, and CBM (Cubic Meter) data to help you calculate and maximize container loading capacity (20ft / 40ft HQ), reducing your per-unit shipping costs.
